Our Team

Rob Dumas and Pat Hubbard founded Sansome Street Advisors in 2007 after a combined 30 years in San Francisco commercial real estate brokerage with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, project renovations, leasing, repositioning and finance. SSA has since expanded through affiliate companies SSA Real Estate Management into property management and SSA Investment Partners into property ownership as both general and limited partner.

Rob co-founded Sansome Street Advisors in 2007 and oversees acquisition, disposition, asset management and financing related activities. Prior to founding SSA, Rob was with Grubb & Ellis from 1996-2007 completing more than $1 billion in investment sales.

From 1993-1996 he was an office leasing broker with Stubbs, Collenette & Associates. Rob received a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, San Diego.

Pat co-founded Sansome Street Advisors in 2007 and oversees leasing, construction and asset management related activities. Prior to founding SSA, Pat served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and Transwestern Commercial Services.

Pat received a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nate Crawford

Nate is an integral part of the Sansome Street Advisors brokerage team. A proven leader in the San Francisco commercial real estate market, Nate has completed hundreds of leases and sales transactions throughout his career. Prior to joining SSA, Nate was a Vice President in the San Francisco office of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Nate received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California at Davis. He and his wife along with their two sons reside in Hillsborough.

Jay has over 17 years of experience in real estate, fund and private equity accounting in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining SSA/SSAREM, Jay served in various accounting roles including as Fund Accounting Manager at Carmel Partners Inc. and as a Senior Fund Accountant at Citi Private Equity Services.

Jay received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University and his Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from Golden Gate University. He resides with his wife and son in San Mateo county.

Delia began her career in the commercial real estate industry in 2001. She has represented national and regional clients offering superlative property management and facility services for office, medical, retail and industrial assets for Colliers International (Senior Property Manager), DSA Development (Asset Manager), OPTIM Property Solutions (Senior Portfolio Manager) with a combined portfolio of 1.5 million square feet.  

She also conducted leasing of office and retail assets for McMenemy Investment Services. Delia received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in History from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Marketing campaigns include photography, custom flyers, email blasts, corporate sheets and social media exposure and more. She optimized processes and crafts high-impact proposals and presentations utilizing technical skills in Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop.

Mariana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of San Buenaventura of Medellin, Colombia.
